POSTAGE

All items are posted from Australia, and postage costs quoted are flat rates Australia-wide.

Pick up can be arranged under certain circumstances. We are located in the North-Western suburbs (Hills District) of Sydney.


If you are an international customer, selecting your location will give a default estimate for worldwide shipping. If you would like a more accurate quote, please contact us prior to placing your order. Express shipping may be available to some countries, please contact us to discuss prior to placing your order.

We do not charge any "handling fees" on top of the actual postage cost.

Postage can be combined/discounted for multiple items in one purchase. This should happen automatically during checkout, but if you happen to get overcharged on postage, we will see this and refund you the overpaid amount.

We do our best to save you money on postage, and always use the most cost-effective postage method for your order.

Items are sent by "regular post" via Australia Post, unless otherwise requested by customer. Parcels have a tracking number, but flatter letter-size large envelopes do not. 

Should you require express postage, please contact us to arrange prior to placing your order.

Most items are custom-made and turnaround time varies depending on how busy we are with orders. If you are in a hurry, please contact us and 99% of the time we can arrange to meet your deadline.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We gladly accept returns and exchanges, provided the item is returned in its original new condition.
Postage is not refundable.

 

CAUTION

Some of our items contain small parts (like beads) unsuitable for handling by babies and young children. Please remember that children should be supervised at all times to avoid potential choking hazards.
